We are looking for 1-2 RMTs to help complete our team at Soar Wellness Clinic in Abbotsford, BC.

• We are an established clinic of 8+ years with several of our RMTs that have closed patient lists & we need some new colleagues to meet the demand of new patients.
• Also 2 of our RMTs are going on Maternity leave this year & we would like to support their patients in their care.
What we offer:
• Schedule flexibility in hours & days for you to build what works for you & your work life balance.
• Reasonable hourly rent (not by day or month) helping you maximize profits while allowing you to take vacations, leaves of absence & sick days without rent.
• Our rent & cooperative environment is why our RMTs currently make a profit of 79%+ of treatment.
• We provide electric tables, all linens, pillows, bolsters, table warmers, cold packs & supplies (lotions, gels, cleaning products, gloves...) with onsite laundry.
• Admin manages financials including direct insurance billing, accounts receivable, bookkeeping, reports, no show charges & lawyers.
• Admin also takes care of phones, emails, maintenance, cleaning, website, Facebook, Google, banking & booking most patients (some RMTs book their own by choice)
• Plenty of underground free parking.
• An extensive library to borrow from, colleagues with 20+ years in massage, collaborative study groups, fun events like pot lucks, craft nights & games nights.

Policies:
24 hour cancellation policy
Patients & Charts are the care of the RMT
We pay our RMTs first & the clinic waits on insurance payments.

We make sure Health Histories are completed before patient arrives & handle the ones that don’t.
Cleaning incl. sweeping, moping, vacuuming, carpet cleaning, bathrooms, sinks… (you are responsible for room change over, keeping the room tidy & clean up after yourself in the kitchen & practitioner area)

Compensation (pay) is every 2 weeks & rent is due 5 business days after the end of the month.
We understand people get sick or burnt out and we have a sick day policy to adjust rent.
