Hiring Registered Massage Therapist in Abbotsford, British Columbia. New graduates & established RMTs welcome.

Perks:
• Established clinic with patient wait list. 6 years in Abbotsford.
• We are a collaborative team of 10 RMTs, 2 admin & 1 Homeopath.
• We function as a cooperative with the goal of sharing expenses, equipment & rooms. Which means the more practitioners the less the rent.
• Currently if we added 1 more RMT we would be at $20.50/hr. If we added 2 more RMT we would be at $19.50/hr. The more our team grows, the more we share in the profits. We only have space for 3 more Full Time at this time.
• We focus on Professional Development: Study Groups (optional), shared library & peer support.

Credit Card required to book
24hr Cancellation Policy
We do not Directly Bill ICBC, WCB or MSP.
Practitioners own their patient list (not the clinic)
We do not have a No-compete clause (please work wherever you choose)

Admin Services included with rent:
Financials including direct insurance billing & no show charges.
All calls, emails & notifications for patients & lawyers.
Wait list contact.
We make sure Health Histories are completed before patient arrives & handle the ones that don’t.
Cleaning incl. sweeping, moping, vacuuming, carpet cleaning, bathrooms, sinks… (you are responsible for room change over, keeping the room tidy & clean up after yourself in the kitchen & practitioner area)

We are a close team of 10 RMTs, 2 admin & 1 Homeopath that tends to spend time together outside of business hours & we have a very collaborative atmosphere.

Specifics:
Rent is 21.50$/hour + GST all incl. (no hidden fees for POS or bank charges).
Expect 80-83% income.
We pay our practitioners up front for insurance claims & clinic waits on insurance payments.
We are built more as a cooperative with the goal of sharing expenses, equipment & rooms.
Compensation (pay) is every 2 weeks & rent is due 5 business days after the end of the month.
We understand people get sick or burnt out and we have a sick day policy to adjust rent.
