It is the New Year, the holidays are over.. back to meal prep time for me
This one I like because we make a large batch and voila! I have leftovers, and I save like $15 from not going to the drive thru the next day at lunchtime

Made with simple ingredients like - red peppers, chick peas, mushrooms, tomato, rice and of course cheese!

I heard the most interesting thing from my 19 yr old - the term "touch grass"
They say it to each other online during gaming when someone is being too intense during a game.
It means "maybe you should log off, go outside and find some grass/nature"
I find it super interesting that kids these days intuitively know in others (even if not always for themselves) that it is time to disconnect from tech and reconnect to the outside world.
Have you heard this term before? I think there are lots of us who get sooo so busy parenting or working that we need to be reminded to "touch grass" - myself included!
