🌟 Meet Kenan Hadzovic! 🌟

Kenan is a chiropractic intern at the University of Western States, currently completing his preceptorship at MVMNT. Born and raised in Abbotsford, he graduated from W.J. Mouat High School in 2017 before earning his Bachelor’s in Kinesiology from the University of the Fraser Valley—where he also played on the men’s varsity basketball team. 🏀

His passion for chiropractic care comes from personal experiences with sports injuries and seeing firsthand the impact it has on recovery and performance. Inspired by the benefits his own family received from chiropractic care, he knew this was the path for him!

When he’s not helping others move and feel their best, Kenan loves staying active, coaching basketball, and spending quality time with family and friends. He’s excited to be back in Abbotsford, learning from Dr. Nagra, and serving the local community!

As we head into Thursday, let’s take a moment to check in with our bodies. Whether you’re working at a desk, in meetings, or on your feet all day, the way we sit, stand, and move during work can really affect how we feel.

✨Tip of the Day: Take a break and try these simple stretches to release any tension that’s built up from your workday:

Neck Stretch: Slowly tilt your head towards your shoulder, hold for 15-30 seconds on each side. This is great for relieving tension from looking at screens all day.
Chest Opener: Clasp your hands behind your back and stretch your arms up, opening your chest and shoulders. Perfect for combating those rounded shoulders from long hours at your desk.
Small actions throughout the day can help prevent discomfort and keep you feeling energized. Try these stretches now, and set yourself up for a more relaxed weekend. 🌟
