Today we focus on ways to boots your well- being
- [ ] If you can , try stepping outside for a 5 to 10 minute walk (E.X.E.R.C.I.S.E)
- [ ] Sip an extra glass of room temperature water. (That will get you into the habit of drinking more water).
- [ ] Call a friend or family member talk about good times. ( boots your mood )
- [ ] Jot down a list of things you’re grateful for (ask for help writing if you can’t).
- [ ] Try ! even though you may not be able to complete any of these ways , trying is the beginning, a great start to boots your well-being).
