Beginner Yoga Series

Have you thought about trying yoga but didn’t know where to begin? This is the perfect opportunity! Join us for a 4-Week Beginner Yoga Series starting October 22 at 5:30 PM.

Whether you're completely new to yoga or looking to refresh your foundational skills, this series will guide you through basic poses, gentle flows, and breathwork techniques in a welcoming, beginner-friendly space.

-Build strength, flexibility, and confidence
-No prior experience necessary
-Classes held Tuesdays at 5:30 PM, starting October 22

6 Week Prenatal Yoga Series
Thursdays 4pm - 5pm
September 26, October 3, 10, 17, 24 and 31st

6 Week Series - $150 + GST

These classes are intended to create a safe, compassionate space where you can release excess stress and prepare to welcome your little one into this world.

You can expect community and connection with other moms in the community, yourself and your little one.

We will practice focus on a balance of strength and relaxation, with a combination of meditation and breathing exercises that you will carry you through your birthing journey.
How to Register

The cost for the 6 weeks series is $150+GST for all sessions.
