We’ll work together to help determine what support is right for you. All services are confidential. Our Mission is to unite mental health and substance use, health and social support services under one roof to bridge the gaps and make it easier for young people to access the care and connection they need to forge a path to wellness.

Graduating From Foundry - is a group for youth ages 24-25 that are about to age out or have already aged out of Foundry Services.

🎓Monday, February 9th- Graduating From Foundry from 3:30pm-5:30pm
We will be going over how to connect to other services in the community for when you age out of Foundry Services.

Foundry C.A.R.E.S - is a weekly group that provides youth ages 16-24 who have accessed foster care, mental health, and/or substance use services or experienced homelessness before age 19; with social connection, life skills, and empowerment. This group normally meets Thursdays 3:30pm-5:30pm.

🥔Thursday, February 5th - Twice Baked Potatoes!
Come join us while we bake potatoes so good that have to do it twice!!

🎥Thursday, February 12th - Scary Movie: Monster House
Get your popcorn ready, to set the mood for the upcoming Friday the 13th, we will be watching the spooky and silly movie Monster House together!

🏆Thursday, February 19th - Mario Kart Tournament
Rev your engines, because we are hosting a Mario Kart Tournament!! With a small prize for the winner, this day will surely be loaded with laughs and bananas!

💅Thursday, February 26th - DIY Nails
Time to hang out together and make some funky nail designs! Get creative while doing not just your own nails, but our group facilitator's nails too!

Colour Me Happy - a weekly art group that meets on Wednesdays from 4:00pm-6:00pm. This group provides youth ages 12-24 the opportunity to gather with other creatives to try new art mediums, techniques and learn about different artists! No experience necessary.

📕Wednesday, February 4th - Creating Bookmarks
Bring your creativity as we make our own custom bookmark to take home!

💌Wednesday, February 11th - DIY Valentines
Come and spread positivity and love for yourself and others by making Valentines to give out!

🎨Wednesday, February 18th -Self-Portrait Night
We will be creating our own abstract self-portraits, so bring a selfie and your creativity!

📷Wednesday, February 25th -Scrapbooking
Join us for a day where we focus on a special memory and create a scrapbook spread! We will have a mini photo printer for youth to print 1-2 photos!

Activate - is a weekly health and wellness activity group for youth ages 16-24 that usually meets from 4:00pm-6:00pm on Tuesdays. It offers them to try new activities with other young people.

✨Tuesday, February 3rd - Metaphysical Day
Join us as we explore the world of metaphysical practices! We will have books, oracle cards, and much more, just come with an open mind!

💚Tuesday, February 10th - Show & Tell
Youth are encouraged to bring their favorite artwork, book, stuffed animal, Lego, jewelry, or anything else they'd like to share with the group. Youth are encouraged to show and tell the group about the item they brought. We will keep the presentations to a MAX 5 Minuets so everyone can have a turn, however if there is extra time you can always go again, so feel free to bring more than one item.

🎬Tuesday, February 17th - Movie Night: Raya and the Last Dragon
Get your popcorn on, as we gather to watch Raya and the Last Dragon!

🧘‍♀️Tuesday, February 24th - Yoga & Zen
Sophia will be leading us through a zen, yin yoga practice which includes breathwork and meditation. We will be exploring mindfulness in the mind and body, holding poses for a long time to increase our flexibility, mobility, and find peace of mind. Bring a journal to record your thoughts, wear comfy clothes, and get ready to relax and stretch.

💗We have another AFFIRM-CBT starting on February 23rd. This group will be running on Monday nights (from 6-8pm) until Apr. 20th with no group happening on Apr. 6th. Please see information posted below

💗Colour Me Happy is weekly on Wednesdays now from 4:00pm-6:00pm for youth ages 12-24

💗We are offering a Graduating From Foundry workshop for youth who are close to aging out or have aged out of our services within the year.
