Tabor Village is a "Campus of Care" including Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Complex Care. INDEPENDENT HOUSING AT TABOR MANOR
Tabor Manor has 38 rental apartments at affordable prices. Tenants may choose to access a variety of services including hairdressing services, light housekeeping, food services, personal care, and more. ASSISTED LIVING AT TABOR COURT
Tabor Court has 88 subsidized suites accessed through the Fraser Health Authority, and 16 suites which are privately rented. There are many amenities available to tenants, including an on-site convenience shop, hair salon, bistro, chapel, library, and guest dining areas. Services include flat linen laundering & light housekeeping, daily lunch and dinner in the dining room with coffee and snacks in between, personal care assistance available 24 hours a day, Licensed Practical Nursing staff on site daily, and a wide variety of scheduled leisure and recreational opportunities. COMPLEX CARE AT TABOR HOME
Tabor Home is a 118 bed complex care facility. All 118 beds are accessed through Fraser Health Authority. Many services are provided to residents of Tabor Home, including 24 hour nursing and personal care services, a special care environment for residents with Alzheimer’s and other dementias, daily dining service with menu choices, housekeeping and laundry services, supervised social activities, exercise programs, crafts, bus trips, and more. ✨🎄 First Bus Outing Magic 🎄✨

Tabor Home had its first bus outing on Tabor Village's brand new bus, and what a cozy, festive night it was. Our residents enjoyed sparkling Christmas along the route, and we even ran into another bus from Fraser Health doing the same tour!

A huge thank you to our amazing volunteer bus driver, who did a stand up job on his first night out with us, making the ride extra special.

Moments like these remind us how little adventures and holiday lights can make our hearts glow. 💛

Last weekend our residents at Valhaven enjoyed a concert from the amazing TKTS Korean volunteer group, while Tabor Court and Tabor Home enjoyed a piano recital from Hannah's Piano Academy.

Music is one of the most meaningful ways into our residents hearts. Thank you so much to TKTS and Hannah's Piano Academy! 🎶🎹🎄🤍

Thank you to McMillan Elementary students for demonstrating Care From The Heart by making these beautiful for our residents! They were delivered from Santa with care and received smiles and tears of joy.

✨🎄 What a night to remember! Our Tabor Village Christmas party was full of laughter, festive cheer, amazing food, a photobooth and over 52 prizes that were generously donated to our front line workers!

We had an absolute blast celebrating the season together. Feeling grateful for all our amazing teams and the joy they bring every day! 💚❤️🎉

Valhaven long term care home is seeking volunteers to help run our seniors bowling program.

This is one of our seniors favorite activities, but we can't keep this program rolling without your help!
