Hello Beautiful…
This season isn’t asking you to hold it all together.
It’s asking you to soften.
Many of us were taught that belonging comes from fitting in…
from performing…
from being needed, chosen, validated.
But that kind of belonging costs us ourselves.
What I’m witnessing right now , collectively and intimately
is the unraveling of old systems:
control, obligation, hierarchy, comparison, fear of instability.
And beneath that unraveling…
something quieter is emerging.
A remembering.
The ego isn’t the enemy.
It’s a mechanism, built for survival, not truth.
And when it finally gets to rest,
the body remembers what peace actually feels like.
In our next Living in Flow gathering, we’ll explore:
