I started looking at the labels on the Epicure products when I signed up for Weight Watchers on Sept 13th 2016. I love great flavours, and refused to give up on taste to lose weight. t Costco that I ended up tossing as the expiry date came up before we were 1/2 finished with them. Now I have more room in my fridge and fresher items that take up less space. Epicure fell into that category with no problems. I loves dips, so I reduced the fat by using fat-free Greek yogurt, this has really helped me with losing 20 lbs and counting. I will keep you posted on my weight loss as 2016 ends and 2017 starts. PS My husband has also lost 8 lbs by changing to Epicure Products.
