How did you spend the longest day of the year?
The Solstice signifies the time when the Earth and Sun are at the peak of their strength, fertility, and abundance. It is the perfect time to bring our energies together to pray and manifest our inner desires for we are also a part of this universe. So we too can celebrate our strength in joining together, enhancing our spiritual consciousness, and offering gratitude for the abundance we are blessed with.
Throughout history, these days are considered the most powerful ones for Spiritual growth and healing with so much light being showered upon the our sacred planet on this day!
Do you know FOR MANY PEOPLE around the world, the summer solstice is a major celebration. On a Spanish island, this event is considered to have its roots in both Christian and Pagan history. In Pagan tradition, the shortest night of the year was marked by a “fire pray” since fire represented purification. Austrians used to celebrate Midsummer by lighting bonfire as a way of paying homage to their ancestors, who worshipped the earth through fire.
Hope the onset of Summers bring more abundance, joy and light in our lives!
