Don’t ignore shoulder rotation mobility.

Progression is about safely increasing load, control, range, or complexity. Staying too easy can lead to plateaus, reduced stability, and old movement patterns returning

If exercises feel harder, it usually means your tissue is tolerating load, your nervous system trusts the movement, and your strength is improving 💪
