Ever notice your shoulders creeping up toward your ears when you exercise? 🤔

Here's why that "shrug" isn't helping:
Overloads the wrong muscles – Your upper traps take over while your mid-back gets neglected.
Creates tension – Hello stiffness, headaches, and sore shoulders.
Ruins your form – The exercise stops working the muscles it's supposed to target.

✅ The fix: Keep shoulders down and relaxed. Squeeze your shoulder blades back and down, not up.
