We are excited to have Kiren Dhaliwal join our team as a Kinesiologist!

Kiren earned her Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of the Fraser Valley in 2020. She spent the following three years specializing in active rehabilitation, where she worked extensively with ICBC patients to recover from complex injuries. Driven to advance her clinical expertise, Kiren recently completed her Master of Physiotherapy in England. While she is a fully qualified Physiotherapist in the UK, she is currently completing the credentialing process to become a Registered Physiotherapist in Canada. Outside of the clinic, Kiren stays active through strength training and outdoor exploration, and she values quality time with her friends and family.

We are excited to have David Vo join our team as a Body Worker.

As a recent graduate of the West Coast College of Massage Therapy, he combines clinical knowledge with over five years of bodybuilding and football experience. Having navigated his own recovery from various musculoskeletal injuries, he offers a firsthand understanding of the relationship between training and rehabilitation. He is dedicated to helping clients optimize movement, alleviate pain, and achieve sustainable long-term performance.

At this time, he will only be providing deep tissue and Swedish massage as he awaits his board exam results. Treatments cannot be claimed under extended benefits.

Exciting news, ALTUS is now offering Kinesiology!

Meet Calvin, he will be offering Kinesiology at ALTUS starting tomorrow! Please give us a call or book online with Calvin.

Calvin graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology degree from the University of The Fraser Valley, specializing in Exercise Science in 2020. He is a registered member with the BC Association of Kinesiologists (BCAK) and a certified Fascial Stretch Therapist (FST). He is also an American Council on Exercise (ACE) certified Personal Trainer and has been in the fitness industry for 24 years. Calvin has extensive training in active rehabilitation and functional assessment which includes
Functional Movement Screening (FMS), NeuroKinetic Therapy (NKT), Anatomy in Motion (AiM), Active Isolated Stretch (AIS), and Anatomy Trains.

He is passionate about helping clients to
improve their quality of life by getting rid of pain and becoming active in life. During his free time, he enjoys running and has run a number of full and half marathons. In addition, he enjoys spending time with family, reading, travelling and working out in the gym.

Last night we had our staff event at .billiards, a new billiard lounge in town. An evening much needed for us to connect, socialize and take a break from the office. With our busy schedules often limiting opportunities for deeper interaction during work hours, this evening was a perfect chance to unwind and connect.
