Notre ferme familiale sera à l'expo Manger santé et vivre vert les 15, 16 et 17 mars au Palais des congrès à Montréal. Vendredi le 15 mars à 11h, Joseph, notre chercheur bien-aimé (il fait sa thèse de doctorat sur nos produits!) offrira une conférence appelée: Les tubercules boréaux : prébiotiques, santé, polyvalents. Je serai moi-même au kiosque samedi le 16 et dimanche le 17 pour jaser de tubercules avec vous! On vous attend!

This sublime raw, vegan and gluten free dessert is packed full of antioxidants, vitamins and minerals.
Coconut-cacao-squares
Step one
1 cup raw ground nuts
1 cup raw ground cacao beans
3 tbsp coconut oil
12 ground dates
¼ cup water
Blend the ingredients until it forms a homogenized dough, add water as needed. Stretch the dough on the bottom of a dish.
Step two
2 cups grated coconut
¼ cup beetroot powder
¼ cup agave syrup
Blend the ingredients together until a homogenized dough is formed, add water as needed. Stretch the dough over step one.
Cut into cubes and serve
