We also offer free lectures with subject matters such as nutrition, fitness, ergonomics, lifestyles, sleep disorders, and much more! May is Mental Health Month!

Exercise offers powerful benefits for mental health by improving mood, reducing stress, and enhancing overall emotional well-being. Physical activity stimulates the release of endorphins, serotonin, and dopamine—neurochemicals that help regulate mood, reduce symptoms of depression and anxiety, and promote feelings of happiness and relaxation. It also lowers levels of cortisol, the body’s primary stress hormone, helping to manage tension more effectively. Additionally, regular exercise boosts self-esteem and confidence by improving body image and fostering a sense of achievement. It supports better sleep, which in turn contributes to improved energy, focus, and emotional balance.

From sore backs after a day of bending to tweaked shoulders from lifting and reaching, gardening injuries are more common than most people expect. The good news?
