ready in under 30 minutes.

๐ˆ๐ง๐ ๐ซ๐ž๐๐ข๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ (๐ฌ๐ž๐ซ๐ฏ๐ž๐ฌ ๐Ÿโ€“๐Ÿ‘):
2โ€“3 salmon fillets
1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
1 cup baby potatoes, halved (or carrots)
1 zucchini, sliced
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp dried rosemary
1 tsp paprika
ยฝ tsp onion powder
Salt & pepper to taste
Optional: fresh parsley for garnish

๐ˆ๐ง๐ฌ๐ญ๐ซ๐ฎ๐œ๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ:
1. Preheat oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC).
2. Toss potatoes with a bit of olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast for 10 minutes.
3. Remove pan, add asparagus and zucchini, and place salmon on top.
4. Drizzle everything with olive oil, then season with thyme, rosemary, paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
5. Bake for another 12โ€“15 minutes, until salmon flakes easily and veggies are tender.
6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Add a pinch of smoked paprika or chili flakes for a deeper, slightly smoky flavour.
