If you are seeking counselling services for mental health concerns, family relationships, children and youth ages 12-18, couples counselling and spiritual connections counselling, please contact me, Amy Charlie RCC, MA of Counselling at Roots of Strength Counselling.

I am currently taking new clients for evening sessions Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Fridays through in-person (depending on your location as my office is located in Sts'ailes) or Zoom/phone sessions.
Weekend sessions can be arranged upon request for Zoom(online) sessions only.
