A simple metaphor, simply said, but much harder to put into practice.

What I take away from this video is no just to put the glass down, but to keep practicing the mental and emotional habit of putting the glass down.

It will be easy some days and much harder during others to put that glass down. But it’s all part of the practice of putting it down, and letting go.

But making the conscious decision to have more water can help you feel more focused, energetic with less aches and pains for your muscles and joints.

Yes, it takes effort for most!

Try grabbing a glass of water next time you think of grabbing a coffee.

Covering up and wearing appropriate outdoor weather ensemble can help keep your muscles from stiffening up, your joints from aching and keeping the range of motion in joints from reducing due to the harsh outdoor elements.

When our muscles get cold they contract and it takes more effort to complete tasks then when the muscle stays warm.
