Growth can be scary. There are so many unknowns,so many things that can go wrong. But growth can also be inspiring. So many things can go RIGHT, and you can become that better person, live that better life. Try not to let fear hold you back. Remind yourself that change can be good. That growth is GOOD.

Anyone else feeling a bit messy today? No? Just me? Is it the eclipse? Is it Spring? Or is it that I just returned from holidays and everything feels “off”? Sometimes I struggle to trust in a divine plan. This is one of those days. So, I’m going give myself some grace. I’m going to slow down, be present, be grateful and TRUST 🙏🏼💖✨💖🙏🏼 #trusttheuniverse #meditation #yoga #airdrieyoga #airdrieyogacomnunity #yycyoga #selfcare
