I am moving!!!

Yes - it's true! I am moving! After 4.5 years it is time for me to start a new journey and see what bridges I may cross to start a new unfolding. Change is inevitable and I choose to embrace - and I hope you all come along with me :)

In 4.5 years over 4,000 healing treatments have taken place in my little oasis. I couldn't be more proud of all the hard work everyone has done on their health journey.

I have searched Airdrie high and low to find a space that resonated with me. With this being said, I have decided to return home to treat 2 times a week. With this I aknowledge the stairs may be challenging for some as well as my fur babies may set off allergies in others. I will also be treating 2 days a week at the Tri Fit gym in their manual therapy space in the back - lots of parking, no stairs and for those of you on the east side of town - its in King's Heights.

The schedule for November remains open for my main street location and starting December 1 - the gym and home locations are open to book. On the main page - just click on the space to see availability. If you have ANY problems or something isn't working with the new schedule - please reach out. I am sure a few tweaks on my end will be able to solve it.

Fall Update

I cannot believe that word has left my mouth already! Fall! Although it is my favourite season - I am not quite ready to move into that space just yet. Summer for my family and I flew by and I was blessed to see so many of you in my office over the summer :) Those camping chairs and beds can take a toll on anyone!

My course on biodynamics that I attended this July was so amazing! I am still left speechless at the awe of biodynamics and have been excited to start incorporating it into treatments. You will see on the website that I have added a 90minute option and a 30minute "emergency" option. The 30minute appointment time slot is for clients I have seen in the past and had an issue unexpectedly rear its head.

My oldest daughter is graduating this year - insert tears here! and is continuing her grind of swimming while my baby starts high school and hits the rink later today for her season of ringette! When they say it goes fast - it really does! I am even celebrating 20years of marriage - we are planning to celebrate with a quick trip to San Francisco and a trip down the coast - so if you have any tips for me - please share! (and if I am lucky - maybe a day at Disney! LOL)

Winter Update

I hope this email finds everyone dreaming of beaches and sand or hitting the slopes! Whatever you love to do when the white stuff comes! I am not sure how we are almost at November and it's been finally snowing the last few days. We were that family that couldn't find pumpkins for Halloween this Tuesday! LOL

I finally was able to take a post graduate course in September by an Osteopathic practitioner who I was so excited to finally meet - and my favourite thing; visceral somatic. It was so wonderful to be back in the classroom - filled my heart and mind!

Schedule through mid-March 2024

As we head toward the winter months, I wanted to let you know that I have posted the schedule into the second week of March 2024. The new schedule that I started this fall has worked well and I’m excited to share more of these time slots. Click here to view availability. There are only a few slots left for 2023 - PLEASE use the cancellation list or text me to add your name (cold season is upon us and lots of changes sometimes occur).

I have a 16 year old driver in the house attending school in Calgary - bigger kids, bigger worries! She is my swimmer hoping to make the olympic trials this Spring (.14sec shy of qualifying!) and my 13 year old is busy playing ringette so yes - if I am not in the office I continue to be at the rink or pool!
