The benefits of a lip flip that you didn’t know about! 💉

A lip flip is a treatment that involves injecting Botox above the lip, which relaxes the muscle that pulls this top lip down and under. This allows the lip to “flip” up slightly to show more lip and gives the appearance of a fuller upper lip.

𝐁𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐭𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐦𝐚𝐲 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰*

~I will recommend a lip flip to someone that have thin small lips that are inverted and have had trouble in the past with filler migration in their lips.

~Botox injections above the lip will help smooth the fine lines above the lip slightly. Those pesky smokers lines or peri-oral lines. You don’t need to be a smoker to get those lines!

~If you can see some of your gums when you smile, as lip flip will decrease this show because more lip is everted.

~Licking your lips can be bad for the lips as the digestive enzymes in your mouth can be harsh on delicate tissue of lips. This can lead to damage and decreased moisture. If you have a lip flip it is more restricted therefore makes it harder to lip or rub your lips together.

~Adding a lip flip after filler is a great way to add a bit more lift or rotation to the upper lip. Or if the muscle is strong and pulling the lip down adding this along with filler gives a beautiful result.
