It's a space where healers, facilitators, and creatives can work shoulder to shoulder, lifting one another up.
It’s a living, breathing space founded on compassion, balance, empowerment, and service.

We want to help shift the landscape of wellness in Airdrie by creating a community where:

• holistic healing is respected
• mental health is supported
• families feel connected
• men’s wellness is a priority
• practitioners collaborate instead of compete
• women are empowered to stand strong together

We want Sol-auna to be known as a place where healing becomes a lifestyle, not a last resort.

Our environment includes:

• 2 Intimate Practioner rooms that are fully private & functional.
• 2 Wellness spaces that are also used for one time rentals.
• 1 Small Kitchen
• Main Street location
• Private Washroom
