Yoga to me me holds a key of self discovery, self nourishment, self love which in turn flows into all other aspects of our life. I believe that once we can connect with our truest essence and uncover our selves through the layers of false beliefs, ways of being and stuck in patterns that do not serve our highest good we can then come to a place of oneness, understanding and peace within ourselves. Yoga has helped me and continues to help me daily through recovery from drugs & alchohol, eating disorders, anxiety, depression and through the long journey of greif losing loved ones but it also helps me with the day to day ebb and flow being more present, relaxed and actually feeling deep gratitude for the life I am able to live. I have learned to deeply love the darkness that lives within but I have also found a way to transform it into a most powerful source of light. I am a huge advocate for women finding their strength and source of power, speaking their truths and not allowing shame, regret or guilt to cloud the beauty that they are meant to shine out into this world. We are all worthy of living an abundant, fulfilling and brilliant life. I am not saying it will always be easy to do the work but it is definately worth it. I offer :
Yoga, Meditation, Reiki
Group and private lessons. Smudging for yourself, home, office space or wherever you feel a cleansing is needed. Namaste Beautiful Soul shine bright like the sun.

𝐀𝐟𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐀 𝐋𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐥𝐞 𝐇𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐬 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐘𝐞𝐚𝐫☯️ 📿🔮(life has its way of throwing curveballs and showing us how how little control we actually have haha ✨), my heart is overflowing with gratitude to be back guiding my restorative yoga classes and women’s circles. 💫Holding space for incredible women to rest, connect, and return to themselves is something I never take for granted. Being back in this beautiful community feels like coming home. 🕊️Thank you to each of you who continue to show up, share your energy, and allow me to share mine.
