Birth—even the most beautiful ones—can be physically demanding on a baby’s little body. Whether it’s a long labor, fast delivery, or time spent in different positions, it can create tension in their spine and nervous system.

Balancing many roles lately — training for the CAF international basketball team, caring for patients as a chiropractor, and most importantly being a mom and a wife. 🏀

Some days are busy, some days are exhausting, but every role means the world to me. Grateful to chase my goals while raising my girls and supporting my family along the way.
