I have decided to retire from practice. My last day will be April 29th.
As I expect you realize, this has not been an easy decision for me. I have loved serving you and helping you through your rough spots. Frankly, I don’t think I can overstate what a privilege it has been to be your chiropractor. Without a doubt it will be you that I will miss the most.
I still love chiropractic and I appreciate the power of the adjustment more than ever but I seem I have reached the limit of what I am able to do. So, in spite of my deep affection for you and for chiropractic, it appears, for various reasons, that I can’t continue. I am very sorry to have to tell you this. But worry not, I am leaving you in the good hands of Dr. Louder and our friendly staff.
When I began contemplating this step, it was important to me to find a doctor I could trust to look after you and to be skilled in the use of the Cox technique which has helped so many. To that end, I’ve worked with Dr. Louder for the past two years and I am confident he will continue to meet your needs. I hope you’ll be patient and open with him about how you’re responding to his care and recognize that, although he’s not the same as me, he also is gifted in areas that I’m not.
As I have said, my last day will be the 29th of April but we’ll be having an open house of sorts on Wednesday the 30th and I’d love to see you there and express my profound appreciation for your trust and patronage for these past 34 years. Look for details to be forthcoming.
In the meantime my schedule is Monday and Wednesday afternoons 2-6, and Tuesday and Thursday mornings 7-11.
