Infant Feeding Class

"Latch me if you can" is a cheeky way to capture the truth about infant feeding — it can be tricky!
Feeding a new baby isn’t always simple, especially when you’re running on little sleep and recovering from birth.
This infant feeding course was designed to help parents feel more confident and prepared — whether you’re expecting soon or already navigating those early days with your baby.

Our RN & Lactation Consultant Jasmine, who also leads our Bump Ahead prenatal class series, has a wealth of knowledge and experience to set you up for feeding success.

Thank you to everyone who came out to our annual FREE Fall Market and Mix&Mingle event yesterday! We had so much fun with our wonderful community and loved meeting new families 💕
Thank you to our friends and vendors who joined in the fun!

We are also so happy we can help support .yyc and .calgary with essential items for families by holding this event. These organizations do accept donations year round, please visit their social media accounts and websites for more information. 🤝

Huge thank you to everyone who donated clothes, winter gear, toys and books, we love that these items get passed on to other families to get more use out of 🙌❤️.

FREE Fall Market – Saturday, November 8 🍂
Everyone is welcome to come browse our Free Fall Market — all donated items are available at no cost. It’s a chance to refresh your family’s wardrobe or pick up something cozy! We will have our annual 'toy room' available for grown ups to pick out toys and books for their littles, with free gift wrapping available.

Mix and Mingle with other families in our fabulous community. We'll have complementary hot drinks, popcorn, face painting, balloon twisting and a fun mini maker space for kids to make some decorations for holiday gifts.
