Worrying makes you suffer twice…
Everyone experiences anxiety, some more than others, but it’s just about finding the strategies to shift your focus and find solutions.
Action reduces emotions so try thing like making a list
Or exploring the possibility that there is nothing to do, which is often the case.

It is so cool how we grow and develop and change. My life has been nothing but that. The person I am today, I would never have envisioned all those years ago.
My passion is 2 part. In my years as a counsellor, many if not most of my clients who's symptoms were things like anxiety, stress, depression were doing a job that was not their dream, not their passion, and they felt like they had more to offer, more they could be doing, or just not really engaging in life.
They were doing the mundane day to day, living mediocre, lack-luster lives. When we would start exploring their passion and what they could do with that passion that led to us making significant life changes in their world that brought them joy, sense of purpose, and peace...and so, it started to become my passion to help people discover their passion, so they can live into their purpose - but there is a lot of mindset challenges we have to face in that journey.
My ideal client is women between about 30-55 who want to shift. They want to add passion, they want to get back into the workforce after being stay at home moms, or get out of the corporate world and into something that excites them and brings them into that creative place - where they are creating their world, not just abiding within other people's world.
The second part is giving them the tools to jump start where they are going to start making a difference in the world. Give them the tools to get started. I have been there. I have felt that. I have known there was more and I love people and believe we need to be investing into ourselves and move from dysfunctional to optimal living.
I desire to see less broken families, healthier individuals, stronger relationships, and a stronger nation under God.
Purpose:
To provide a place to belong, a place to flourish, and a place to grow. Renew the mind, Rejuvenate the body, and Replenish the soul. Within the family unit, we want to teach parents healthy parenting skills, help heal broken people who have been struggling with brokenness, past hurt, and present pain, help rebuild existing families and fulfilling the needs of the hurting youth, while also teaching individuals how to have healthy relationships and create healthy families for future generations using simple biblical principles, and helping people develop strong ties.
It is our purpose to see that people have total wellness. This includes healthy psychological functioning, healthy physical functioning, and strong spiritual functioning.
