We will move through a gratitude-inspired gentle flow, and then create a gratitude journal that you can take home to get started with your gratitude practice, whatever that looks like for you. IT`S ALMOST HERE! There are ONLY a FEW spots available for my Autumn Equinox Balance Workshop THIS SUNDAY 2:30-4 PM at Oxygen Yoga & Fitness Airdrie!

Join me to celebrate the balance of light and dark with a combination of yang, yin, and balancing poses workshop. We will start our practice with an active flow, warming up the body, spend some time breaking down balancing poses to find alignment in your unique body, and then we will end with some relaxation with longer yin-style stretches. You will leave feeling balanced and relaxed, and with a new depth of understanding in your practice.

Why combine yoga and junk journaling?

🙏Both yoga and junk journaling are/can be a meditative practice.
🙏Gratitude journaling is a mindful practice just like the mindful practice of yoga.
🙏Focusing on gratitude is part of the philosophy of yoga (non-grasping/ aparigraha).
🙏Aparigraha is also practised through the enjoyment of a process without being attached to a specific outcome in your yoga practice or in your junk journaling.
🙏Just for the fun and enjoyment of moving and breathing in a yoga practice and getting creative!
