Part of this herbal journey is about better health and less pharmaceuticals. Every time I see an ad, there’s a 15 second blurb about other side effects “the magic pill” could induce. I personally, struggle with no gallbladder and no thyroid, both of which crapped out on me and had me fighting for my own life. With no gallbladder, comes a funky digestive system, if you know, you know. So tonight, let see if this will help my unhappy tummy. Do you struggle with chronic pain, high blood pressure, liver issues or other ailments? I might have a herbal for that. And we can also try Reiki to assist you on your healing journey.

What do you do when your little granddaughter wants to have a tea party? Well, you make her a special blend all to herself. It’s lovingly named Violet’s Tea Party, and it’s a pretty shade of purple with butterfly pea flowers and hibiscus, but also calming chamomile and some cinnamon for deliciousness. With a touch of honey, it’s sure to taste extra sweet.

This is the grandiose Grandfather Tree. A white spruce, thought to be somewhere between 300 & 400 years old. It exists in beautiful Cochrane AB. Its ancient roots stretching out to the creek below it. How many generations have come and gone? What has Grandfather Tree seen in its lifetime? The wind took it down last night. I was only there a few times, ever, but there was an energy, a wisdom in that tree that made me revere it. It was humbling being in its presence. Nature is wild, literally. I mourn its loss tonight.

You guys!!! I was so inspired by Sabrina’s YouTube on the Black Moon in Capricorn- I took 4 pages of notes! () and then I did a full on meditation to plant my intentions. Reiki Mountain Wellness got some inspiration and may have a bit of an overhaul in the new Year while I make these things come into fruition. Don’t worry, I’m still all about the Reiki. But there is so much more to offer! Stay tuned for exciting changes in 2025. May your New Year be blessed. Thank you for your support in 2024.

Friends, I’m taking time away from Reiki Mountain Wellness for the holidays. I have some spaces in the evenings between Dec 27-30 and then again the week of Jan 4th. Take advantage of 20% off your session for the remainder of December. And side note: keep flushing out your year and get rid of that which no longer serves a purpose in your life.
