The goal of this challenge is to inspire you to break free from unhealthy eating habits and jumpstart a healthier, more fabulous lifestyle—helping you stay on track for amazing fitness results that can last 4->Life!!!
The challenge is divided up into 4 weekly goals:
WEEK 1 – Drink only zero calorie beverages (no alcohol included)
WEEK 2 – Add a green smoothie or raw veggies
WEEK 3 – Swap out the white stuff
WEEK 4 - Ditch the dary
We’re not asking you to give these things up forever—just commit to 28 days and see for yourself how amazing you’ll look and feel!
Each week builds on the habits from the previous week, so yes, we’re asking you to skip the alcohol for a month, but with great support and a fun approach, you’ll crush it!
