The goal of this challenge is to inspire you to break free from unhealthy eating habits and jumpstart a healthier, more fabulous lifestyle—helping you stay on track for amazing fitness results that can last 4->Life!!!

The challenge is divided up into 4 weekly goals:
WEEK 1 – Drink only zero calorie beverages (no alcohol included)
WEEK 2 – Add a green smoothie or raw veggies
WEEK 3 – Swap out the white stuff
WEEK 4 - Ditch the dary

We’re not asking you to give these things up forever—just commit to 28 days and see for yourself how amazing you’ll look and feel!

Each week builds on the habits from the previous week, so yes, we’re asking you to skip the alcohol for a month, but with great support and a fun approach, you’ll crush it!

☆ Have a clear & specific goal in mind
☆ Develop a plan of ex*****on
☆ Believe in yourself
☆ Stay focused
☆ Have dedication
☆ Surround yourself with positive people
☆ Take care of your physical & mental health
☆ Stay persistent
☆ REMEMBER YOUR WHY!!!!
It is so incredibly healthy to have goals. Your goals do not need to be huge take over the world type of goals. They can be small small in the beginning, over time, making them bigger.
Whatever works best for you!
Maybe you want to learn a new language or learn how to sew....
Or maybe your goals are bigger than that!
Whatever it is, stay committed, focused, dedicated & persistent, you will reach your goals!
