How to use:
Stir a doTERRA essential oil labeled for internal use into ¼ cup powdered sugar.
• For citrus oils: use 1 drop

Add a small splash of milk and whisk until smooth. Drizzle over sweet baked goods. Start small and adjust to taste.

Try using: Lemon • Wild Orange • Lime • Tangerine

Tip: Lemon glaze over blueberry muffins creates a bright, bakery-style finish with almost no effort.

One of the ways I love to use doTERRA's pure essential oils in in cooking. Follow me in this series of simple flavor upgrades using your oils.
Make your roasted vegetables taste like more than a side dish.

In everyday busy life, we’re already roasting vegetables — this is just a simple way to deepen the flavor. No extra sauces. No complicated seasoning blends. Just a clean, bold finish.

If you’re not using your doTERRA essential oils in the kitchen yet, you’re missing out.

How to use:
Stir a doTERRA essential oil labeled for internal use into 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
• For herbal or spice oils: use a toothpick swirl
• For citrus oils: use 1 drop

Toss with hot roasted vegetables just before serving. Start small and adjust to taste.

Try using: Rosemary • Basil • Lemon • Thyme

Tip: Lemon added after roasting brightens the vegetables instantly and balances richer herbs like rosemary.

I have 2 friends currently dealing with breast c*ncer. It is so hard to watch what they are going through. The faith, the uncertainty, the choices. It is such an emotional journey.
