Wholey Healthy Meals

I make, you guessed it, healthy and handmade meals that are portioned, consistent and delicious. I started doing this type of food prep for my traveling husband and some of his colleagues, and slowly but surely my customers increased. I now cook out of a commercial kitchen in Airdrie, I have a Business License and have completed my Alberta Health Services Food Safety Course. What started out as a

busy Sunday food prep day has turned into a full fledged business. I am happy to announce that I now have two portion sizes, Regular and Large ($8 and $10 respectively)
