Preventing hearing loss involves protecting your ears form loud noises, maintaining overall ear health, and adopting healthy lifestyle.

Avoid inserting objects (cotton swabs, bobby pins) into your ears, as they can push wax deeper and damage the eardrum.

Many causes are preventable through regular hearing screenings, safe listening practices, and timely medical interventions.
