ART is a non-invasive manual therapy technique that works to correct soft tissue restrictions that cause pain and mobility issues.

Graston Technique is patented form of manual therapy that uses stainless steel tools to perform muscle mobilizations. It can be used to treat a variety of conditions such as neck, shoulder, knee, and back pain. As well as tennis elbow, plantar fasciitis, carpal tunnel syndrome and tendonitis.
