Yes, this is a beautiful feeling. Heart to heart. Whether on their back or standing beside them. 🥰❤️🐴

Meditation with horses can be a great way to learn to be in the moment. Horses are always present, they don't think about the past or the future, they are here now. We can learn this from them on a peaceful way.
