Bio

Hi everyone! I am excited and proud to be working full time as a Registered Massage Therapist in the City of Airdrie. I graduated from MH Vicars School of Massage Therapy with 2,200 hours. I enjoy my career as a massage therapist, and consider massage to be an important part of maintaining good health. I am trained in orthopaedic, Swedish massage, myofascial release, joint mobilizations, trigger point therapy, deep tissue, pregnancy massage, sports massage, cupping and have studied biomechanics of pain science to help rehabilitate a wide range of acute to chronic injuries. I am very excited to continue and expand my massage education and knowledge to add other modalities and techniques to my range of abilities. I always look forward to meet new clients and am passionate to help people experience improvement and maintain a great quality of life. My other passions and hobbies in life include the outdoors, traveling, animals, fitness and spending time with family and friends. If you or anyone you know are looking to get all the benefits of massage therapy at either one of my locations you can book with me any day Monday-Friday and the occasional Saturday.
