Jade comes in great shape as always, always in the gym improving and back to perform in Knuckle mania event Saturday night in a rematch she is giving 5 years later. Which was our first time working together. Love to see her progression, commitment and getting the platform to do what she loves 🤛🙏

A marinated, grass fed, hormone free bison strip loin medium rare with crispy roasted herb and garlic potatoes with side of cucumbers and broccoli sprouts.

Congrats to my clients for making weight smoothly and safely as always for their big fights tomorrow ⚖️

Both champs but having fights at unique catchweights. 💧

Middleweight champ needing last minute opponent, we had to push him to make a catchweight of 181 which we did smoothly.🙏

making weight for our first time working together. Making improvements and having a very smooth camp across the board and had made weight at 130 effortlessly for his big fight! 🤛

Both of these boys deserve to be in the ufc and hoping for after this weekend we see it happen ☝️

Now rehydrating as always with the best and refueling to perform!
