Because let’s be honest — sometimes the thoughts just don’t stop.
The to-do list. The overthinking. The over-feeling.
It can feel like your mind is stuck in traffic.
Meditation doesn’t erase the thoughts.
It simply gives your nervous system a red light.
A pause. A breath. 🌿
Even 5 minutes of stillness can feel like a full-body exhale.
And no, you don’t have to “do it right.” You just have to begin.
