Meet Shannon, the heart and soul of every gathering - a social butterfly with an infectious smile that lights up every room. Her love for life shines through every moment, and she has touched the lives of countless people with her laughter and joy. But now, her health is at risk.
Shannon has been diagnosed with end-stage liver failure, and the clock is ticking. She urgently needs a liver transplant to keep sharing her warmth, laughter, and positivity with the world. As an only child, Shannon has come to realize that family extends beyond blood ties, and she has been a rock for her loved ones. Now, it's our turn to support her.
