My approach to getting you to your best health:
1. Assess overall wellness including primary concerns as well as mood, sleep, digestion, energy and menstrual health (for my female patients). May include lab work when it is helpful to find the root cause.
2. Remove obstacles to cure: this may include stress management, cultivating good sleep habits, strategies for increasing nutrient rich foods, incorporating moderate and attainable physical activity levels, reducing exposure to chemicals present in processed foods and household products. All depending on your motivation and the things that contribute most to your symptoms.
3. Targeted treatments for your primary concerns: these can include herbal formulas, supplements, acupuncture, hydrotherapy, and meal plans/targeted food recommendations.
4. Referral to additional health care providers when necessary.
