If you are Intended parent who entered our program in the last 18 months, Sara was likely your first point of contact. While she is the Founders daughter, make no mistake, she carved her own path at CFC, becoming an advocate and supporter of so many of journeys. Not only was she a CFC team member, she was also completing a full time Social work degree at She’s graduated, and gotten an amazing job in her field. We are all so proud of her, and sad we are losing her. Congratulations Sara, we can’t wait to see you in action, as a Social Worker.
