Transformation Tuesday

Are you stuck in your weight loss journey?

We’d like to introduce the newest member of our team Dr. Breanna, Chiropractor.

She holds both a Doctorate of Chiropractic and a Master of Science in Sports Medicine from the University of Western States in Portland, Oregon. Dr. Breanna treats a variety of conditions affecting the spine and extremities, with a special interest in sports injuries, headaches, adolescent care, and performance optimization. She is also a certified Complete Concussion Management (CCMI) practitioner.

Her approach blends chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue therapy (massage, cupping, IASTM), modalities (laser, ultrasound), and personalized rehab exercises β€” always with a focus on treating the root cause and educating her patients along the way.

Dr. Breanna starts the week of July 21 and will be available:
β€’ Tuesdays: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
β€’ Wednesdays: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
β€’ Thursdays: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM

We would like to welcome Gurpreet, our newest registered physiotherapist, to the Apex Health & Fitness team!

Gurpreet brings a strong background in rehabilitation from a variety of healthcare settings, including outpatient clinics, long-term care, and convalescent care. After completing his Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy in 2018, he pursued advanced studies in Leadership in Health Care Management from Confederation College. His experience and training allow him to deliver personalized, patient-centered care with a clear focus on results.

Gurpreet takes a goal-oriented, functional approach to therapy β€” combining hands-on treatment with customized exercise programs to help patients improve mobility, regain independence, and reach their recovery goals.

He is experienced in treating a wide range of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions and is passionate about helping each patient feel stronger, healthier, and more confident.
