A "chain" of facet joints run up and down your spine. Notice the bright white line? That's bone!

Ultrasound can be used to "see" arthritic changes of the spine, on the facet joints. When the surface of the facet joint appears irregular, that indicates bony remodeling... or arthritis. Arthritis is a common cause of chronic back pain 🔍📍

Have you heard the news??

Literally, if you have been to the office recently. All those hammers and saws have given it away; we're expanding! 🔨

DSPI is excited to announce we will be adding an additional 3 fluoroscopy suites so we can help bring more exceptional patient care and treatment to individuals living with chronic pain in the gta... and beyond!

With our expansion comes the addition of two new practitioners, and a number of new and innovative services and treatment options. More to come...

For now, we apologize for the noise and racket, but the team is working hard to open our doors early 2026.
