Ever feel a headache creeping in after a long texting session? You’re not alone. Staring at screens, poor posture (hello, text neck), and constant blue light exposure can all contribute to migraine triggers.

🔹 What’s Happening?
📵 Screen Strain: Excessive screen time causes digital eye strain and tension headaches.
📏 Bad Posture: Looking down at your phone for hours puts stress on your neck and spine.
🔆 Blue Light Overload: Disrupts sleep and may worsen migraines.

💡 How to Protect Yourself:
✅ Use blue light filters or “night mode.”
✅ Follow the 20-20-20 rule (every 20 minutes, look 20 feet away for 20 seconds).
✅ Keep your phone at eye level to reduce neck strain.
