While everyone’s busy selling abs, I’ve been in the background dismantling this entire industry brick by brick.

Talking about how:

Fitness is not a look

Most of what you see online is straight up uneducated chaos

And somehow… I’m the problem???

Like sorry I didn’t come here to sell you skinny tea and vibes.

I came here to make you actually understand your body.

Strength. Conditioning. Movement. Longevity.
Not ā€œhow to look good in 8 weeks for someone who doesn’t even like you.ā€

Shoutout to Emily Dyment from Ajax High School
who continues to trust me with her students… questionable decision, but we appreciate it deeply.
Jokes aside, Emily has been one of the strongest supporters of what we do here for the past year. She is out here actively making sure young women are exposed to strength, confidence, and environments that actually challenge them.
Not just ā€œparticipationā€ā€¦ real growth.
Because let’s be honest…
They walk in a little shy
a little unsure
a little like ā€œwhy is this lady smiling while talking about punching things??ā€
And I get it.
It’s new. It’s uncomfortable. It’s not the usual version of ā€œfitnessā€ they’ve been shown.
But then something clicks.
The stance gets stronger.
The hits get sharper.
The energy shifts from ā€œI don’t knowā€¦ā€ to ā€œwait… I kinda like this.ā€
And that right there? That’s the whole point.
In 2026, there is no reason a young woman should not know how to defend herself. None.
Emily, thank you for continuing to create these opportunities and for trusting me to bring a little chaos (and a lot of growth) into your students’ lives. You are doing real work, and it does not go unnoticed.

TGIF — Thank God It’s Friday šŸ™šŸ½

Today looks a little different for me. No running, no pushing pace—just honoring the process. Rehab mode means slowing things down, so I traded in my run for a soft walk by the water… and honestly, sometimes this is exactly what the body (and mind) needs.

Fresh air, calm energy, a little sunshine on your skin—it hits different when you’re not rushing. There’s power in knowing when to go hard and when to pull back. Growth isn’t always loud. Sometimes it’s quiet, intentional, and steady… like a ā€œbaby walkā€ that still moves you forward.

The weather is beautiful, the energy is right—get outside, reset, breathe it in. However you move today, just move with gratitude.
