🎯 Claude has been passionate about darts for over 40 years. More than a hobby, it’s a way of life. His dream? To attend the prestigious Toronto Area Open, a tournament he’s followed for years but never experienced in person.

Thanks to Chartwell Wish of a Lifetime - Rêver pour la vie, Claude and his wife travelled from Quebec to Toronto for a thrilling weekend surrounded by the sport he loves. From watching top matches to meeting his favourite players, every moment was filled with joy, connection, and pride.

Raija, a gifted artist from Kitchener, ON, long dreamed of sharing her artwork with her community. Chartwell Wish of a Lifetime - Rêver pour la vie was pleased to make Raija’s wish come true with a beautifully curated solo exhibition at the Kitchener-Waterloo Art Gallery. 👩‍🎨💛

The afternoon show brought together family, friends, and art lovers to celebrate Raija's decades of creativity and passion. It was a tribute to a life lived through art.

🐾 Pet Emporium Adventure! 🐾

This week, our residents had an amazing outing to the Pet Emporium! 🦎🐇🐍 We were treated to a guided tour, got to see (and even hold!) lots of different animals, and learned some fascinating animal facts along the way.

From fluffy friends to scaly critters, there was something for everyone to enjoy — and plenty of smiles all around. 🐢🐾💛

Our residents spent a wonderful day by the water, rods in hand and smiles all around. While we didn’t reel in any big catches this time, the fish were definitely biting and kept us on our toes! 🌊✨

💦 It’s Pool Party Week at Eau Claire and we’re celebrating with a SPLASH! 🌊

We kept everyone refreshed with chilled iced tea and tangy lemonade, plus juicy watermelon and sweet cantaloupe that tasted like pure sunshine. 🍉🍈

Residents enjoyed some fishing in the pool, and plenty of sunshine! 🌞 Everyone dipped their toes in and soaked up the summer vibes.😎

This week, we traded in our cowboy hats for hula skirts and turned up the island vibes for Tropical Week! 🌺✨

Pineapple piña coladas, colourful umbrella drinks, and plenty of tropical fun had us feeling like we were on a sunny beach getaway. We laughed, danced, and sipped our way through a tropical paradise—no plane ticket required! 🍍🍹🌊

Nothing beats sharing good times and tropical treats with wonderful friends. Here’s to bringing a little sunshine and a lot of smiles into our week! 🌞💛

🤠🎵 Stampede BBQ Fun at Eau Claire! 🎵🤠

YAHOOOOO! We fired up the grill for our annual Stampede BBQ right in our front driveway — and what a sizzling success it was!

Residents and guests enjoyed toe-tappin’ tunes from the amazing Cole Briggs, while we served up juicy hamburgers, hotdogs, and a whole lot of happiness.
