🌕Full Moon Yoga Practice - February 1st at 5PM🌕

A full moon is a time to focus on reflection, release and new beginnings. It is a time to set deep rooted intentions and a time to let go, emotional blocks and non serving expectations.
The Snow Moon symbolizes endurance, inner fire during cold times, and a time for intention-setting for growth and renewal.

Under the flow of the second full moon of 2026, gather for a practice focused on gentle movement, and stillness. We will move through a gentle flow and finish off the practice in a yoga Nidra. All levels welcome, no experience with yoga is required.

🎄 🧘‍♀️ It’s the most wonderful time of the year and that mean on December 9th at 6 PM our annual Christmas Kirtan will be held. With Abby Peters and Rodney Arsenault sharing their beautiful voices with us there is no better way to start the holiday season. An event that is looked forward to all year, I hope you can all make it! Cost is donation only. Food to follow.🎄🧘‍♂️
