If you're experiencing physical or emotional symptoms, it may indicate “stuck” emotions or energetic blocks within your body and subconscious mind. The Emotion Code and Body Code are effective methods for releasing these blockages, facilitating healing.

Emotions can become trapped when they are not fully expressed or processed, a phenomenon that can even begin in utero. This emotional baggage can be inherited from ancestors through epigenetics and transgenerational trauma. The Body Code builds on the Emotion Code by identifying and releasing various energetic blocks, including lingering energy from past infections (like parasites, bacteria, or viruses), food and environmental intolerances, ancestral illnesses, structural misalignments, and negative subconscious beliefs.

Trapped emotions arise primarily from the subconscious mind's protective instinct. To safeguard us from trauma, the mind may suppress emotions for later processing. Common triggers for trapped emotions include:

- Misalignments in bones, muscles, organs, and energy meridians
