Yesterday, we received a generous donation presented by Tish Shea in memory of her son, Connor Shea, who exemplified kindness, care, and generosity. Each year, they host a golf tournament in his honor, the CS16 golf tournament. From all of us here at Transportation West staff, board and passengers thank you!

It is my pleasure to introduce our summer student, Kai Nurse. He joined our team at the beginning of the summer, contributing to our seniors lunches, marketing efforts, and signage campaign. In the fall he will be pursuing a business degree at UPEI. Kai is a talented athlete, excelling in soccer, basketball and flag football and various other sports. He is currently competing for athlete of the year, with the opportunity to win $25,000 to fund his education. The contest will be open for 2 more days; If you have time, could you kindly cast a free vote for him? He is currently in 4th place. Good luck Kai in the contest and in your future studies.
