Team Alliston Physiotherapy & Sports Rehabilitation had a fantastic time visiting Stevenson Memorial Hospital for Wellness Wednesday!
We were grateful for the opportunity to support the hospital staff with a practical ergonomics session—sharing tips on posture, workstation setup, lifting mechanics, and small daily habits that help prevent strain and injury.
To add a little extra appreciation, we also brought along some treats, including fresh muffins for the hardworking team to enjoy.
A big thank-you to the Stevenson Memorial Hospital staff for welcoming us and for everything you do for the community!
