I am so excited to announce that I will be joining Innisfil Wellness Centre on Tuesdays from 9am-1pm and Thursdays from 1-7:30pm!

I will still be at Vibrant Healing in Barrie and Natural Balance in Alliston as well. I will now be available Wednesday evenings instead of Thursday evenings at Vibrant Healing.

Happy Monday! I have been doing a lot of thinking about my practice and approach. I truly believe that investigating and addressing root cause is crucial to health. However, symptomatic management is also important, so that we can try to provide some sort of relief while we work together to establish more long-term approaches to your health and wellness goals.

The bottom line is that this takes time and effort.

When I first started practicing, I felt an immense pressure to help people as quickly as possible or I would fear losing them. With more experience, I have been reminded time and time again to slow down and focus on the basics. Remove obstacles to health. Work on balanced nutrition, movement, sleep, and stress management.

This brings us back to realistic goals with reasonable timelines. Small steps leading to big changes.
