I’d stop chasing quick fixes, detoxes, and “starting over Monday.”
I’d focus on:
• Eating enough protein (100–130g/day)
• Balancing blood sugar
• Walking daily
• Strength training consistently
• Building meals that actually keep me full
• Creating habits I could repeat for the next year — not just the next 7 days
