I want to share something personal.
I’m 34 — so no, I’m not in menopause or perimenopause yet.
But everything I teach women over 40 comes from what I learned early — and what I watched happen over and over again.
I didn’t grow up with easy health.
Fatigue. Stress symptoms. Digestive issues.
Doing all the “right things” and still not feeling good in my body.
When I started working with women in their 40s and 50s, I noticed something important:
The issues didn’t start at menopause.
They were building quietly for years.
Under-eating.
Over-exercising.
Running on caffeine.
Ignoring sleep.
Believing the body just needed more discipline.
Menopause didn’t cause the problem — it exposed it.
And that changed how I see midlife health completely.
This phase isn’t about trying harder.
It’s about supporting the body differently.
More protein.
Stable blood sugar.
Strength over punishment.
Less hustle, more regulation.
Your body is adaptive — it just needs updated inputs.
